When you try to remember a dream, typically all you can recall are fragments, sometimes just single images like stills from a mostly forgotten movie. The past can be like that — even if you try to pin it down by taking photographs. They become glimpses into a largely lost experience. And as with your memory of a dream, what you recall is not to be trusted. You take these slices of memory and use them to spin a new story or interpretation. These images were all shot on 35mm film.
